Apple Pie Smoothie Recipe
I love apple pie, but I do not love all the sugar, fat and other things that are not healthy. This is my healthy solution! In fact, you could lose weight while enjoying the flavors of fresh apple pie.
Apples are ideal for losing weight. They are loaded with fiber so that you feel full longer. They offer a good dose of antioxidants and vitamins.
Studies suggest that apples can protect against osteoporosis and Alzheimer’s disease. Diets rich in fruits and vegetables that contain apples can help prevent cancers of the lung, breast, colon, and liver.

- 2 apples, without heart
- 8 ounces of almond milk
- 1/2 – 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 3 tablespoons of cashew nuts
- 1 – 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 cups baby spinach
Start by adding the liquid to your blender followed by the soft fruit.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Mix at high temperature for 30 seconds or until the shake is creamy.
