Joy must be part of our life. We feel it mainly when we reach an established goal. Joy positively affects our mood, as well as our health.

Scientists have shown for some time that people who know how to experience joy and are doing it live longer and happier lives.

But how to feel it more often, how to achieve this level of enjoyment?

I think the best thing is to savor every moment. To enjoy small things, we can wake up in the morning, we have food, a job, and a family.

People who do not experience joy often live under considerable stress, related to work or personal life that they impose on themselves.

It is not always necessary to set goals so high that we can barely reach them.

It is important to know how to experience joy but also to give it more and accept it.

So, what are the Importance of Joy

1. JOY FEELS GOOD

This may seem pretty obvious, but some things may seem so obvious that it is necessary to say them.

If you have been having difficulties in life, you may feel that joy is far away and beyond your horizon.

The wonderful thing about feeling good, in your body, mind and soul, is that it just feels good. You feel complete and realized and successful. And joy can take you there.

2. JOY MAKES YOU LAUGH MORE.

How often do you see someone who is serious or sad laughs? Not often, right? Unless it’s a bit hysterical.

When you are full of joy, you tend to laugh more. And laughter is contagious. So you and sometimes those around you will laugh more.

As the saying goes, laugh and the world laughs with you, cries and you cry alone. It is true that there are also those moments when you laugh so much that tears come to your face.

Happiness tears.

A deep laughter is really good for your body since it creates a massage effect that is really beneficial, and the endorphins are released into the bloodstream.

These are the natural relief of pain and the release of stress from the body. Your body is wired for joy!

And you feel better and good things begin to happen in your life, because your vibration is more expansive and energized.

3. JOY ATTRACTS MONEY.

Money follows joy. Joy does not follow money. I really understood this when I did not have a penny.

The moment I connected with the feeling and the state of joy, in 10 days I changed my situation. New perspectives appeared and my finances began to increase.

There are so many intertwined and associated beliefs floating around about money and very few of them are related to joy.

Organize a party of joy or do something fun and then money and other great things will begin to flow in easily.

Feeling good, having a high vibration and laughing a lot means that money cannot be very far away, because that is how energy moves.

The energy will always expand. And the joy is expansive and a state of being receptive to all that is good in life.

If you do not believe me, just think about how much energy it takes to remain grumpy. Then watch what happens with your flow of money!

4. JOY IS HEALTHY

The effects of stress on the human body are increasingly evident. For so long, and still, stress is not recognized “officially”.

However, the symptoms cannot be ignored. Many people live in poor health and are mostly miserable because of it.

Your health is your wealth and wealth means joy. When you’re rich, you can do whatever you want and, hopefully, enjoy.

You have to get a simple cold or flu to understand the impact of not being healthy. Your body is incredibly strong and yet it can also be extremely fragile. Joy can turn health into wealth that way!

Laughing everyday keeps the doctor away. And it increases the quality of your health.

5. JOY MOTIVATES.

Often, the opposite of fear is thought of as love. I found that joy is a more powerful opposite.

Fear inhibits and this is often felt as a feeling of heaviness or discomfort. Some people say that fear motivates them.

Maybe yes, but where is the vibration around fear, high or low? Fear is more about moving away from one situation or another, rather than moving towards it.

Joy is a motivator. Joy is a feeling of energized excitement and also a constant certainty. That everything is simply wonderful and is fine as it is.

For me, joy embraces and embodies love and peace at the same time. It is exciting and very comforting.

6. JOY INSPIRES INTEREST.

Have you ever noticed how happy people attract others? We can only find few people who are really nice to be around.

They make you feel that everything in life is good and that you are special. When you are living in joy, this is what you look like to others.

People want to be with you and want to know what you do or are doing that makes you so wonderful to be with.

The amazing thing is that you are so full of joy that this really is not important to you because you feel satisfied and you find everything interesting in its own right.

7. JOY IS FREEDOM.

When you get to the point of living each moment of your life with joy, regardless of the nature of what is happening in your life, then you are free of control.

Yours and the others. Joy is extremely powerful and resilient in a very flexible way. It sweeps everything it finds and transforms it.

There is very little that opposes joy, at least not for long.

8. JOY IS YOUR NATURAL STATE.

What this means is that you should feel joy most of the time. My experience has shown me how natural joy is. I have never had to work to be cheerful.

It’s not like happiness, hope, being positive. Joy is natural and organic. Once you choose to make the feeling of joy your priority, you will be surprised at the ease with which it begins to appear.

When I was in that space years ago, this is what I experienced. As soon as I thought of the joy, voila! The feeling was there.

 

5 WAYS TO ADD MORE JOY TO YOUR LIFE

The best of the joy is that we can all choose to have it in our lives, besides that this invaluable medicine is fun, free and easy to use.

By making conscious decisions to let in joy, reminding yourself of the things you need to be happy about and spending more time doing the things you love and spending time with the people you care about, you can create a life that is happier, healthy and satisfactory.

1. KEEP IT SIMPLE.

Do you find that you often have so much on your plate that it is hard to even think about enjoying the good things in life?

If so, it may be time to seriously analyze what is really important to you. If you can eliminate the unnecessary, you give yourself more time to do what really makes you happy.

Try to stop stretching too much, learn to say not every so often and take some time for yourself and the people you love.

2. MAKE A CONSCIOUS DECISION TO ENJOY LIFE MORE.

It is the decision to consciously choose attitudes and behaviors that lead to happiness rather than unhappiness. “Once you intentionally decide to be happier, you will find more reasons to be happy on a regular basis.

3. MAKE YOUR OWN LIST OF PERSONAL JOY.

Writing a list of the things that make you truly happy is a good way to trigger positive and happy feelings, and to remember to do these things more often.

Try to write down at least 5 things that make you happy, and then try to incorporate those things into your life on a daily basis.

4. SPEND MORE TIME WITH THE PEOPLE YOU LOVE AND WITH OTHER HAPPY PEOPLE.

People who cultivate social networks and a sense of community tend to be happier than those who do not.

Happiness is contagious, so the more time you spend with happy people, the more happiness will spread to you, your friends, friends of your friends, etc.

5. BE NICE TO SOMEONE ELSE.

When you strive to make someone else feel good, you will often feel good too.

Sometimes, all that is needed is an act of kindness, a small compliment or a smile to brighten someone’s day, which in turn will make you feel happier and better with yourself.
